Lichtenstein Chapel
In 2018, the foundation provided a gift of $250,000 to the Christus Spohn Foundation to create a chapel for patients, families and hospital staff. “Thank you… for your generosity. You truly understand the spiritual component of healing and the importance of the chapel to our health center.” - Humberto Ramos, Director of Clinic Operations at the Dr. Hector P. Garcia memorial Family Health Center.
Lichtenstein String Quartet.
Under the direction of Dr. Carrie Pierce, the Lichtenstein Quartet teaches the Morris L. Lichtenstein, Jr. Youth Orchestra.
The Lichtenstein Quartet is a full-tuition scholarship quartet at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. One of the missions of the quartet is to provide free group/private lessons to underserved children throughout the community, helping young musicians develop a love of music and self-confidence.
